Shane plays "Travis Conners" and appears in all three seasons of the series. Shane and fellow actor Hugh McLean are very good friends in real life and it was Hugh who introduced Shane to Dave Christiano. Shane can do many different accents, as indicated in the first scene of Season One's Episode #16 entitled, "Andi". He wanted to shave off his beard before Season Two began production and thus inspired the storyline for the opening episode, "A New Look". A man of many characters, two notable ones played by Shane are the broken hearted British man in "The Bus Stop" (Season Two, #6) and the Detective in the 1940's drama, "Didn't Get The Chance" (Season Three, #10). Shane appears in a total of 63 episodes.
